Hot and Sour Soup

  1. Boil stock and add chicken.
  2. Add tofu, mushrooms, tomato, carrots and simmer for about 10 minutes, until chicken is cooked.
  3. Add sugar, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, vinegar and sesame oil.
  4. Combine cornstarch and water.
  5. Bring soup to a boil.
  6. Add cornstarch mixture to soup mixing constantly.
  7. Simmer for 1 minute.
  8. Add green onions.
  9. Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with coriander and serve.
