Watermelon Salsa Recipe

• 1.5 Cups of chopped watermelon
• 1/2 Cup diced cucumber
• 2 chopped hot jalapenos
• 2 tbsp minced red onion
• 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Toss well and serve immediately!
2. Eat with your favorite crackers and chips.
