Acorda, Portugese Bread Soup

• 5 cans stock
• 4 tablespoons garlic minced
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 12 ounces bread crumbs
• 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
• 70 ounces chicken broth

1. Combine ingredients in a pot.
2. Simmer for at least an hour.
3. Serve hot or freeze.
