Marinated Flank Steak (On The Grill) Recipe
- 2 med. to lg. flank steaks
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 4 or possibly 5 slices peeled fresh ginger root
- Trim all fat off meat.
- Score meat.
- Marinate 48 hrs.
- Cook on the grill close to coals for 4 min on each side (longer if you like).
- Serves 8.
