Marinated Flank Steak (On The Grill) Recipe

  1. Trim all fat off meat.
  2. Score meat.
  3. Marinate 48 hrs.
  4. Cook on the grill close to coals for 4 min on each side (longer if you like).
  5. Serves 8.

flank steaks, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, parsley, vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, brown sugar, fresh ginger root
