Jerk BBQ Shrimp Pizzas
- Jerk BBQ Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cup jerk seasoning
- Pizza Assembly
- 1 cup fresh corn kernels
- 4 each ready-to-use baked pizza crusts (12 inch)
- 64 each uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined, (31-35 ct.)
- 1 cup fresh mangos, peeled, diced
- 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 4 tsp. jerk seasoning
- 1/2 cup scallions, thinly sliced
- Jerk BBQ Pizza Sauce: Combine ingredients.
- For each pizza: Cook 1/4 cup corn in a dry non-stick saute pan on high heat until lightly charred.
- Set aside.
- Place 1 pizza crust on sheet pan.
- Top with about 1/2 cup Jerk BBQ Pizza Sauce, 12 oz.
- shrimp, 1/4 cup mangos, corn and 2 Tbsp.
- cheese.
- Bake in 425 degrees F oven 7 min.
- or until crust is crispy and golden brown.
- Slice into 8 pieces.
- Sprinkle with 1 tsp.
- jerk seasoning and 2 Tbsp.
- scallions.
