Rubin Appetizers (Sauerkraut Balls) Recipe

  1. Combine and roll into balls.
  2. Then roll balls into 1/2 c. flour.
  3. Then into 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk, then into 3/4 c. bread crumbs again.
  4. Deep fry till brown.

cream cheese, instant dry onions, sauerkraut, corned beef, bread crumbs
