Frango No Pucara ( Chicken in a Pot)
- 2 -3 lbs of chopped chicken
- 12 cup tomatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped into large pieces
- 2 12 tablespoons butter, yes butter it makes it so good
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 13 cup wine, white
- 13 cup red wine
- 13 cup brandy
- salt and pepper
- Put the chicken in a baking pan or casserole dish.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 and 1/4 hours.
- Remove cover and raise temperature to 400 degrees and bake for 15 more minutes.
