White Bean Puree

  1. In a saucepan, sweat the garlic in chicken stock.
  2. Add the beans and cook until heated through.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a food processor or blender and puree with the remaining ingredients, except hot pepper sauce.
  4. Adjust seasoning, and add hot sauce, to taste.
  5. Keep warm until ready to serve.
