Oriental Blossom Fizz

• 25 ml orange-infused vodka
• 25 ml pink grapefruit juice
• 25 ml lychee puree
• 3 dashes angostura- aromatic bitters
• champagne, to top

1. Shake all ingredients, straining optional.
2. Top with Champagne in a flute.
