Absolut Pitstop
- 40 ml Absolut mandarin vodka
- 40 ml espresso coffee liqueur
- 1 ounce Absolut mandarin vodka
- 9 ounces cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Beat the cream with Absolut Mandarin and sugar.
- Build first 2 ingredients over 2 ice cubes in a rocks glass.
- Add the whipped Absolut Mandarin cream as a lid on top.
- Sprinkle a little instant coffee powder on top as decoration.
