Absolut Pitstop

• 40 ml Absolut mandarin vodka
• 40 ml espresso coffee liqueur
• 1 ounce Absolut mandarin vodka
• 9 ounces cream
• 1 teaspoon sugar

1. Beat the cream with Absolut Mandarin and sugar.
2. Build first 2 ingredients over 2 ice cubes in a rocks glass.
3. Add the whipped Absolut Mandarin cream as a lid on top.
4. Sprinkle a little instant coffee powder on top as decoration.
