Hot Mexican Cornbread And Meat
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- small onion, chopped
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- jalapeno peppers
- 2 c. meal
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. bell pepper
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. cheese
- 1/2 c. onion
- Mexicorn
- hot peppers
- Saute meat, onion, pimento and bell pepper.
- Add soup, chili powder and peppers.
- Mix all cornbread ingredients together. Grease a 9 x 12-inch pan.
- Pour 1/2 of cornbread mixture, hamburger meat, and rest of cornbread mixture.
- Bake at 400u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
