Easy Caramel Pie
- 1 Graham cracker pie crust
- 2 cans Eagle Condensed Milk
- 1 container Cool Whip
- Place unopened cans of condensed milk in a medium saucepan.
- Fill saucepan with enough water to cover the cans.
- Heat saucepan until water simmers and continue to simmer for 3 hours.
- The water will evaporate, so be sure to continuosly check the water level and insert more water as needed to cover the cans.
- After 3 hours, carefully open the cans and pour milk into pie crust.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Serve with Cool Whip.
