Spaghetti Bolognaisse from scratch 673 cals if following or equivalent used

  1. In a jug weigh the following and mix so smooth.
  2. Put the spaghetti on as per instructions
  3. In a wok or frying pan, add the oil, then when heated add the mince & lardons & brown.
  4. When brown add the mushrooms, onion & chopped garlic & fry until cooked.
  5. When the mushrooms are nearly cooked pour in the tomato mix & put on low to heat through & cook until mushrooms & spaghetti are cooked.
  6. Drain spaghetti & put onto a plate, pour bolognaisse over & enjoy.
  7. Can add grated cheese if preferred.
