Spicy Pork Meatballs
- 300 grams minced pork meat
- 1 large egg yolk and white
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 green bell pepper
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp medium curry powder
- tbsp mustard(optional)
- tsp fruit chutney(optional)
- I aquire the minced pork meat from pork bangers or pork coctail sausage, simply cut open and squeeze the meat out.
- Add all the ingredients(except the oil) to a mixing bowl, mix well, form 6-9 meatballs with your hand.
- Put the meatballs in a covered dish into the fridge for an hour.
- Cook the meatballs in a nonstick pan, on the stove, over medium heat, for a half hour turning occasionally.
- Serve with spaghetti and spicy tomato sauce and enjoy!
