Marinara Sauce - Homemade

  1. Cut tomatoes into 8ths then place in blender with the wine and puree till nice and crushed
  2. In a saucepan saute the onion with the olive oil on low-med.
  3. heat for a few minutes.
  4. Add the tomato puree and garlic.
  5. Simmer for 5 min
  6. Reduce to low heat, add seasonings and simmer for 10-15 min or until thickened
  7. Enjoy!
  8. It's super delicious over your favorite pasta or chicken.
  9. Great for chicken parmesana!
