Grandma's Sugar Cream Pie
- 1-1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Cinnamon, sprinkled
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- Mix dry ingredients well.
- Add boiling water and mikx until all is dissolved.
- Add cream and vanilla.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 375F for 10 minutes and 1/2 hour to 45 minutes at 350F.
