Easy Taco Dip Recipe

• 2 lbs. grnd chuck
• 1 can Frito Lay Jalapeno & Cheddar Cheese
• 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
• 1 pkg. dry taco sauce mix (French's)

1. Brown the grnd chuck.
2. Add in dry taco mix to meat.
3. Drain liquid off.
4. Put in crock pot, add in cheese and lowfat sour cream.
5. Cook on high for 1 hour.
6. Serve with chips.
