Grilled chicken with steamed vegetables and rice

  1. Place washed rice and 2 c water with salt in pan, bring to boil and simmer until cooked.
  2. Steam mixed vegetables until cooked about 10 minutes
  3. Saute chicken breast seasoned with sazon until golden brown
  4. Plate vegetables, sprinkle with ground flaxseed, top with chicken and rice on the side, squeeze lime juice over all.
