Grilled chicken with steamed vegetables and rice
- 1 cup Rice
- 2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 400 grams Fresh mixed vegetables
- 140 grams Skinless chicken breast cubed
- 1 packages Sazon seasoning with achiote and cilantro
- 1 Smal lime juice
- 1 tbsp Ground flaxseed
- Place washed rice and 2 c water with salt in pan, bring to boil and simmer until cooked.
- Steam mixed vegetables until cooked about 10 minutes
- Saute chicken breast seasoned with sazon until golden brown
- Plate vegetables, sprinkle with ground flaxseed, top with chicken and rice on the side, squeeze lime juice over all.
