AMIEs SWEET Potatoe

• 4 cup sweet potatoe, boiled and smashed
• 1 cup condensed mik
• 1/2 cup fresh milk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 whipping cream

1. Combine condensed mik, potatoe and sugar.
2. Cook over a low flame until thick.
3. Keep on stirring to prevent scortching.
4. Spoon the mixture in a serving small bowl or large glass.
5. Cover it with whipping cream.
6. Serve with biscuits.
7. Share and enjoy.
