Simple Tofu Steak

  1. Drain the tofu and divide into 4.
  2. Coat the tofu entirely with katakuriko.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry Step 2 until browned and crisp.
  4. Once the tofu has browned, pour in the yakiniku sauce and let it simmer.
  5. Once it has become slightly thickened, it's done.
