Simple Tofu Steak
- 2 blocks Firm tofu
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 Yakiniku sauce (bottled)
- 1 Leek or radish sprouts
- Drain the tofu and divide into 4.
- Coat the tofu entirely with katakuriko.
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry Step 2 until browned and crisp.
- Once the tofu has browned, pour in the yakiniku sauce and let it simmer.
- Once it has become slightly thickened, it's done.
