Super Delicious, Simple Yakitori Rice Bowl
- 1 thigh Chicken thigh
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sake
- 1 dash Shredded nori seaweed
- 1 dash White sesame seeds
- Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
- Cook the chicken starting from the skin.
- For the oil, the fat that cooks from the chicken is plenty.
- Once cooked add the soy sauce, sake, and sugar and boil.
- Serve on top of rice with shredded seaweed.
- Place the chicken on top.
