Super Delicious, Simple Yakitori Rice Bowl

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
  2. Cook the chicken starting from the skin.
  3. For the oil, the fat that cooks from the chicken is plenty.
  4. Once cooked add the soy sauce, sake, and sugar and boil.
  5. Serve on top of rice with shredded seaweed.
  6. Place the chicken on top.
