Chocolate & Coffee Mousse Mini Pudding Parfaits
- Chocolate Mousse
- Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 2 cups prepared whipped topping
- Coffee Mousse
- Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup brewed strong coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 2 cups prepared whipped topping
- Assembly
- Oreo Brownies, cut into 1-3/4-inch circles
- 2 cups prepared whipped topping
- 2 Tbsp. Oreo Small Crunch Pieces
- Chocolate Mousse Beat cream cheese and cream with mixer until well blended.
- Add dry pudding mix; beat until well blended.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Coffee Mousse Beat cream cheese and coffee with mixer until well blended.
- Add dry pudding mix; beat until well blended.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- For each serving: Spoon or pipe 3 Tbsp.
- (45 mL) Chocolate Mousse into 5-oz.
- (140-g) 2-inch-wide dessert glass; top with 1 brownie, 3 Tbsp.
- (45 mL) Coffee Mousse, 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) whipped topping and 1/4 tsp.
- (1 mL) OREO Pieces.
