Lemon Tilapia
- 2 tilapia filets
- 1 lemon; zested
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon peel seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 olive oil; as needed
- Coat filets with enough oil to cover.
- Squeeze half the lemon over the fish.
- Season.
- Bake at 400 for approximately 5-10 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Serve with remaining lemon wedges.
