Pickled Green Tomato Recipe

  1. In gallon jar fill 3/4 way with small to medium tomatoes.
  2. Add in salt, garlic, alum and dill weed.
  3. In medium pot boil 2 qts water with vinegar for approximately 5 min.
  4. Let cold.
  5. Pour water and vinegar into jar.
  6. Cover and let set for 1 week.
