Peach Crumble
- 810g can sliced peaches in natural juice, drained, 1/4 cup juice reserved
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup KRAFT* Light Smooth Peanut Spread
- 1 tablespoon glace ginger, diced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, extra
- Place peach slices into a 6 cup capacity baking dish with the reserved juice and sprinkle with sugar.
- Combine the oats, peanut spread, ginger and extra sugar until well combined.
- Sprinkle evenly over the peaches and bake at 180C fan-forced for 20-25 minutes until topping is golden.
