Tangy Turkey Burgers with Mushrooms & Onions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, add the turkey, steak seasoning, seasoning salt, garlic, pepper, and hot sauce.
  2. Mix together by hand and form 4 patties.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a medium pan over high heat.
  4. Add the onions and cook for about 4 minutes, then add the mushrooms.
  5. Cook until tender, approximately 10 minutes.
  6. Grill over medium-high heat for about 1015 minutes, depending on how thick the patties are, flipping once halfway through.
  7. After you flip them, top with the mushrooms, onions and cheese.
  8. Continue to cook for about 4 minutes.
  9. Remove from the grill, serve on your favorite bun and enjoy!
