Tangy Turkey Burgers with Mushrooms & Onions
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 1 Tablespoon Steak Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Hot Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 whole Onion, Sliced
- 1- 1/2 cup Sliced Mushrooms
- 4 slices Provolone Cheese
- 4 whole Hamburger Buns, To Serve
- In a medium-sized bowl, add the turkey, steak seasoning, seasoning salt, garlic, pepper, and hot sauce.
- Mix together by hand and form 4 patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a medium pan over high heat.
- Add the onions and cook for about 4 minutes, then add the mushrooms.
- Cook until tender, approximately 10 minutes.
- Grill over medium-high heat for about 1015 minutes, depending on how thick the patties are, flipping once halfway through.
- After you flip them, top with the mushrooms, onions and cheese.
- Continue to cook for about 4 minutes.
- Remove from the grill, serve on your favorite bun and enjoy!
