Cissys Cheese Ball

  1. Chop green onions and dried beef very finely.
  2. (I use an electric mini food chopper.
  3. I cheat.)
  4. Add beef/onion conglomeration to softened cream cheese in a large bowl.
  5. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  6. Shape mixture into a ball-like form.
  7. Wrap in Saran wrap, wax paper, or foil.
  8. Set inside a bowl and refrigerate for 2 days.
  9. (Gotta give all of the flavors a chance to soak into the cream cheese, so to speak.)
  10. After 2 days of letting the cheese ball bask in all its glory in your refrigerator, unwrap this yummy concoction, re-shape, and serve with crackers of your choice.
