Cissys Cheese Ball
- 4 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- 1 jar (2.25 Oz. Jar) Dried Beef (Chipped Beef), Drained
- 2 blocks (8 Oz. Block) Cream Cheese, Softened
- Chop green onions and dried beef very finely.
- (I use an electric mini food chopper.
- I cheat.)
- Add beef/onion conglomeration to softened cream cheese in a large bowl.
- Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Shape mixture into a ball-like form.
- Wrap in Saran wrap, wax paper, or foil.
- Set inside a bowl and refrigerate for 2 days.
- (Gotta give all of the flavors a chance to soak into the cream cheese, so to speak.)
- After 2 days of letting the cheese ball bask in all its glory in your refrigerator, unwrap this yummy concoction, re-shape, and serve with crackers of your choice.
