Mesquite Pork Chops with Roasted Vegetables

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients, spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Moisten chops with water; coat with cheese mixture as directed on package.
  4. Place over vegetable mixture.
  5. Bake 30 min.
  6. or until chops are done (145 degrees F).
  7. Remove from oven; let stand 3 min.
  8. before serving.
