Broccoli Salad Mold Recipe
- 2 pkt Frzn Broccoli Spears, (Or possibly)
- 1 bn Fresh Broccoli, cook & chop lightly
- 4 x Hard-Boiled Large eggs, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Gelatin
- 1/4 c. Cool Water
- 1 c. Condensed Consomme
- 3/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 dsh Tabasco Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. (Scant) Salt
- Mix the broccoli and Large eggs.
- Soften the gelatin in cool water and add in heated consomme.
- Stir till the consomme dissolves the gelatin; then add in the rest of the ingredients and pour over the broccoli and Large eggs.
- Mix well.
- Pour into a ring mold or possibly 12 individual molds.
- Chill till hard.
- Serve with fresh garden lettuce and homemade mayonnaise.
- Serves 12
