Chocolate Marzipan Roll Recipe

• 1 can (8 ounce.) almond paste
• 2 tbsp. light corn syrup
• 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp. cocoa
• 1 tbsp. soft butter
• 2 teaspoon coffee or possibly chocolate-flavored liqueur or possibly vanilla extract
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk chocolate morsels
• 5 to 6 whole blanced almonds
• Candied violets (opt.)

1. Preparation time: 25 to 30 min.
2. Chilling time: 1 to 2 hrs.
3. Yields: 20 (1/2 inch) slices.
4. (One 10-inch long marzipan roll.)
