Pizza Dough

  1. COMBINE in a bowl the flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
  2. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and stir in the combined water and oil.
  3. Stir to form a soft dough.
  4. TURN onto a floured surface and knead for 35 minutes.
  5. Place in a lightly greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Stand in a warm place for 2025 minutes or until dough has doubled in size.
  7. Use as required.
