Broiled Shrimp with Mustard and Tarragon

  1. Stir first 4 ingredients in medium bowl to blend.
  2. Add shrimp; toss to coat.
  3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 3 hours.
  4. Preheat broiler.
  5. Line baking sheet with foil.
  6. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  8. Broil until cooked through, 2 minutes per side.
  9. Remove shrimp from skewers.
  10. Arrange on platter.
  11. Serve with toothpicks.
