Chocolate-Caramel Bars
- 64 caramels
- 10 tbsp. milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
- Melt caramel with milk, then cool.
- Blend flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, baking soda, salt and butter.
- Put half of oatmeal mixture in 9x13-inch buttered pan and bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350F.
- Put chocolate chips over crust.
- Drizzle caramel over chocolate chips and sprinkle rest of oatmeal mixture on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
