Marinated Cornish Hens Recipe
- 4 Cornish hens
- 1 tbsp. oil

- Remove bags with liver and neck from hens, wash well with cool water and then pat dry.

- Rub hens with oil.
- 3.
- Place hens in glass bowl and pour marinade sauce over hens.
- 4.
- Let hens marinate overnight and turn 4-6 times during this process.
- 5.
- Remove hens from marinade and place on rack in roasting pan.
- 6.
- Roast hens at 400 degrees for 50 to 60 min, turning once during cooking time and basting with the marinade sauce.
- 7.
- When done hens should be fork tender and juices should run clear.
- Serves 4.
