Apple Pie a La Mode Protein Smoothie

  1. pour water and apple juice into blender.
  2. add protein powder and blend on medium for 15 seconds.
  3. add butter buds and half the cinnamon and blend for 30 more seconds.
  4. Add ice and blend on high for 30 more seconds.
  5. Pour into tall glass, top with cool whip and remaining cinnamon.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
