Creamy Whipped Cauliflower Mash

  1. Place the cauliflower florets into a colander and rinse under cool water.
  2. Place them into a steamer basket and set into a pot of simmering water.
  3. Cover pot and steam for 15-20 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
  4. I pierced mine with a knife to check, when it glides in without meeting any resistance the cauliflower is done.
  5. Add the steamed cauliflower into the bowl of your food processor or high-powered blender and add the bacon fat, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  6. Puree until smooth, scraping down the sides every-so-often.
  7. Serve immediately or keep warm under foil.
  8. Enjoy!
