Tiramisu Parfaits

  1. Reserve 6 of the wafers for garnish.
  2. Coarsely break remaining wafers; set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese spread, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  4. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
  5. Drizzle coffee over wafer pieces in small bowl.
  6. Spoon 2 Tbsp.
  7. of the cream cheese mixture into each of 6 (8-oz.)
  8. parfait glasses; top with 1 to 2 Tbsp.
  9. soaked wafer pieces.
  10. Repeat layers; top evenly with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  11. Cover.
  12. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  13. Top evenly with the remaining 3/4 cup whipped topping and reserved wafers just before serving.
