No Bake Fudge Brownie Bites
- 13 cups Oat Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
- 4 Tablespoons Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Flax Seed
- 1 Tablespoon Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1/4 cups Water
- Combine all ingredients except water in a food processor and process until completely mixed together.
- Slowly drizzle water in while food processor is on until a ball just starts to form.
- You may not need all the water.
- Transfer dough to a small bowl and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Remove from freezer and roll into balls.
- Keep refrigerated.
