Grilled Bananas with Maple Creme Fraiche

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Brush cut side of bananas with oil.
  3. Grill until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
  4. Turn over and continue grilling until just cooked through.
  5. Whisk together creme fraiche and maple syrup, place a large dollop in the center of each banana half.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint and berries.
