Beef With Mushroom Gravy Recipe
- Beef roast
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
- You will be wrapping the roast in foil.
- Use wide foil to contain the mushroom soup.
- Place foil and roast in roasting pan.
- Add in the mushroom soup.
- Don't add in water.
- Close the foil around the roast so which the soup won't cook away.
- The roast and soup should be completely enclosed in foil.
- Roast at 350 degrees for 3 hrs.
- The meat will be well-done and the mushroom gravy brown and ready-to-eat -- no flour to add in -- no mess.
