Chinese Orange Beef

  1. Line a 3-quart or larger slow cooker with a Reynolds slow cooker liner.
  2. Add beef, teriyaki sauce, orange marmalade, garlic and ginger to slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours until beef is tender.
  4. Turn to high.
  5. Stir in pepper strips and snow peas; cover and cook on high 10 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender.
  6. Top with scallions.
