Cucumber and apple cooler recipe

• 2 green apples
• 0.5 cucumber
• 10 ml (0.4fl oz) gomme syrup
• 1 handful cubed ice
• 1 slice of cucumber with a tail

1. Pass all ingredients through a juice extractor.
2. Pour over ice immediately.
3. Shake and pour into the highball glass.
4. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and serve with a straw.
