Beef Enchilada's Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- Lg. bowl grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 lg. can enchilada sauce
- 1 med. can tomato sauce (optional)
- 1 doz. corn tortillas
- Bake at 350 degrees.
- Serve with lowfat sour cream and sprouts.
- Saute/fry onion in butter.
- Add in burger and brown.
- Drain grease.
- Heat sauce and tomato sauce in a saucepan.
- Heat tortillas in 350 degree oven for 7 min.
- Have grated cheese ready.
- Dip heated tortillas in sauce; put burger and onion mix in middle.
- Add in some cheese, then roll and place in a greased pan.
- Pour remaining sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
- Serve with lowfat sour cream and sprouts.
