Spinach & Broccoli Salad with Tuna
- 4 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
- 2 cups broccoli slaw
- 2 cups grape tomatoes
- 1 cup halved cucumber slices
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cans (5 oz. each) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- Cover platter with combined spinach and broccoli slaw.
- Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and tuna in large bowl.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- Spoon over spinach mixture.
- Top with peppers and cheese.
