Schezwan Or Szechuan Spicy Hot Chicken

  1. Heat oil on high in a skillet or wok.
  2. Add chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add yellow onion and red chili peppers; continue to cook on high for additional 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
  4. Add Tsang Schezuan Spicy Stir-Fry Sauce and Heavenly Chef Hunan Red Chili Sauce and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add scallions and ground black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Serve over white or brown rice.
