Sauerkraut Balls

  1. Cook and stir ground pork and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until pork is done; drain.
  2. Stir in ham, flour, mustard and pepper sauce thoroughly.
  3. Stir in milk.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot, approximately 5 minutes; remove from heat.
  5. Stir in parsley and sauerkraut; cool.
  6. Heat margarine in 15-1/2x10-1/2x1-inch jelly roll pan in 400F oven until melted.
  7. Mix eggs and water.
  8. Shape pork mixture into 1-inch balls; dip in egg mixture.
  9. Coat evenly with bread crumbs.
  10. Place in margarine in pan.
  11. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes; turn.
  12. Bake until hot and golden brown, approximately 15 minutes longer.
  13. Serve with mustard sauce.
