Fried cabbage

  1. Heat oil and margarine.
  2. Add chopped cabbage
  3. Caramelize the cabbage add salt.
  4. Simmer for 25 minutes.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
  6. Add chicken broth.
  7. Simmer 15 minutes.
  8. Add onion powder stir.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Serve with last tablespoon of vinegar
