Brandied Fruit

  1. In the 1 Gallon Jar add the can of peaches with juice, 2 1/2 cups of sugar and the package of yeast and stir well.
  2. Cover.
  3. Stir once a day for 10 Days
  4. On day 10 and the can of pineapple, the can of pears with the juice, and 2 1/2 cups of sugar.
  5. Cut the pears into chunks.
  6. Stir and cover
  7. Stir once a day for 10 days.
  8. On day 20 add the Marachino cherries (cut in half) and 2 1/2 cups of sugar.
  9. Stir and cover.
  10. Stir once a day for 10 days.
  11. Drain juice and can fruit.
  12. To make more simply add 1 1/2 cups of the drained juice to a can of peaches and begin again.
