Pumpkin (Or Other Fruit) Dip

  1. Take the marscipone out of the fridge and let it sit for just a few minutes to get the chill off of it.
  2. Put about 4 ounces of the fruit into a tall edged bowl.
  3. I've used Pumpkin Butter, strawberry preserves, Nutella, and raspberry All Fruit jam.
  4. All good!
  5. Add the mascarpone to the fruit.
  6. Stir well until mixed and smooth.
  7. Serve in a dish with the crackers or fruit that you want to dip.
  8. Refrigerate before serving.
  9. You can even use this on breads.
  10. It is so good!
