Linguine and Garlic Oil

  1. Cook pasta as package directs.
  2. Gently heat oil, garlic, salt, red pepper and tomatoes in a covered pan over very low heat just until garlic is soft.
  3. Remove 3/4 cup pasta cooking water.
  4. Drain pasta; transfer to a serving bowl.
  5. Toss with oil mixture, the water and remaining ingredients.
